2009 PJGT Membership INFORMATION

To service the needs of junior golfers as well as 18 - 21 year young men and women in the Philippines, The PJGT provides three levels of membership each, for Filipino and Foreign Citizens:

FILIPINO CITIZENS

2. Filipino Junior PLUS Membership
3. Filipino YAD - Young Amateur Div. Membership (not considered JunGolfers)

The PJGT recommends the standard Junior Membership for those who have not yet reached their sophomore year of high school.

The Junior PLUS Membership is ideal for high school sophomores and juniors who are planning to attend college. It is available to all junior golfers, although seniors will not derive the full benefit of this membership. Younger players may wish to become Junior Plus Members in order to better prepare themselves for the college recruiting process yet to come.

*YOUNG AMATEUR Div. Players ARE NOT considered "Junior Golfers". The PJGT includes this age bracket (18-21) in its events in order to provide regular competition to young men and women in this age division.

Membership Policies and Procedures

Members must be aware of the following policies:

1. Players may sign up for Junior or Junior PlusMembership before their 18th birthday. PJGT Memberships expire March 31. Juniors, who have graduated from High School may only play the season directly following high school graduation. Regardless, juniors MAY NOT play in a PJGT event as a junior, if they have reached their 18th birthday, regardless of graduation date. Any junior who has graduated high school and enrolled in college IS NOT eligible to play in regular PJGT events, except for participation in the YAD - YOUNG AMATEUR Division for ages 18-21.

2. Proof-of-age documentation will be required for the 2009 / 2010 season.

3. You may become a PJGT member securely and conveniently by paying through BANK TRANSFER to The PhilJunGolfTOUR's bank account.

A copy of the REMITTANCE Slip MUST be faxed to The PhilJunGolfTOUR at +63.2.842.3605 or 842.4770 (c/o Nerissa Jahns, Administrative Manager, The PhilJunGolfTOUR) as proof of payment before membership can be activated.

4. PJGT membership does not guarantee acceptance into a PJGT tournament.

5. After your membership has been processed, the membership dues are non-refundable.

6. PJGT members are allowed to play in a combined total of six to eight PJGT Open tournaments and Junior All-Star Series events.

7. Upon receipt of membership application, the PJGT will e-mail confirmation to each member. New members may collect the membership with other membership items from a PJGT Administrator during the next tournament.

8. The PJGT will post finalized tournament fields on its BlueGolf Console at www.PJGT.ph the Friday following the tournament registration deadline or extended deadline. It is the member's responsibility to find tournament fields on The PJGT's BlueGolf Console at www.PJGT.ph .

* GmaxSPORTS reserves the right to waive tournament entry fees for Filipino JunGolfers, subject to securing adequate funding from sponsors.

(Non-PJGT members pay a tournament fee of PhP 4,888 to enter any of the above events. Payment does not guarantee acceptance into these events and authenticated handicaps are required)

10. The PJGT holds the rights to its members' names and likenesses for publicity and promotional purposes. This includes exposure on www.PJGT.ph . PJGT members' names and likeness will be protected for amateur status and eligibility under the guidelines of the USGA.

11. By becoming a member of The PJGT, parents and JunGolfers acknowledge that they have read and agree to abide by The PhilJunGolfTOUR's Membership Policies and Procedures, Codes of Conduct, Conditions of Play and all other policies outlined on www.PJGT.ph .
