Your daughter or son has just been accepted into PJGT membership. Please undertake the following before you attend your child's first tournament.

  • Acceptance Information via Email
Once your child receives the PJGT acceptance via email, please read together with your child all information provided therein. As you plan your child's tournament attendance, you will find this information serves as a valuable reference guide. All of this information is also posted on our PJGT website.

  • Schedule of Events
Tournament schedules are available on our website. Tee time blocks, player and parent meetings will likewise be announced through our website as well as the BLUEGOLF U.S.A. scoring system, which has been integrated into www.PhilJunGolfTOUR.ph . Please study these features with your child in detail. It offers valuable information, also pertaining to the scoring statistics of your child.

  • Practice Round
It is always beneficial for players to play a practice round at the PJGT designated golf course. We recommend for JunGolfers to play in a group with fellow competitors. Your tournament information will include details as to when and where to play a practice round. Generally, practice rounds are played during the previous weekend at the designated golf course, subject to applicable green fees. Some golf clubs may honor your Junior Golf Foundation and PJGT IDs and extend a 50% discount on green fee.

  • Players' and Parents' Meeting
Following the practice round is the Players and Parents Meeting. Players and parents will receive tournament information. Depending on attendance, players may also receive golf balls from NIKE GOLF, The Official Ball Sponsor of The PJGT.

  • Tournament Rounds

    Getting Started
It is a player's responsibility to be at the starting tee at the designated tee time. Late arrival to the tee may result in 2 (two) strokes penalty or disqualification. The PJGT requires arrival at the tee 10 (ten) minutes prior to your tee time. A PJGT staff will provide scorecards, hole location sheets, notice to competitors and other instructions to get you started right. The starter will announce each player's name, hometown and recent golf achievements before tee-off.

    Equipment Survey
As a service to The PJGT's sponsors, the starter will conduct an equipment survey with each competitor prior to the start of the first round. This may vary at some tournaments.

    Final Round
Final round tee-times, which are based on the player's previous total rounds, will be posted on www.PhilJunGolfTOUR.ph and its BLUEGOLF U.S.A. scoring platform, along with a phone number for players to call during a designated time.

    Awards Ceremony
Trophies will be awarded to the top-three boys and girls at each dedicated PJGT tournament. The awards ceremony and dinner will take place immediately following the conclusion of a tournament.
